The best way to prepare oat straw is as a tea or infusion.
Simply add up to 3 teaspoons of dried oat straw to a cup filled with boiling water. Cover it with a lid and let it soak for about 15 minutes. Drink this mixture two or three times a day to reap the benefits.
To make an oat straw herbal infusion, place a cup of the dried herb into a 1L glass jar. Fill it with boiling water, put a lid on it, and let it steep for 4-8 hours.
